Hier steht, wie du die Daten löschen lässt, die wir speichern, wenn du dein Instagram-Konto mit Jonzi AI (studio.marketingjoes.com) verbindest. Betreiberin ist die Franziska Koppelmann LLC.

Welche Daten wir speichern

Instagram-Benutzername, Konto-ID, Profilbild, Followerzahl und Kontotyp
deine Beiträge und deren Statistiken (Aufrufe, Likes, Kommentaranzahl, Reichweite, Speicherungen)
die Inhalte, die du über das Studio veröffentlicht hast
einen verschlüsselt gespeicherten Zugriffstoken

So löschst du sie

1. Im Studio, sofort

Klick im Dashboard unter „Dein Instagram-Zugang“ auf „Instagram trennen“. Wir löschen deinen Zugriffstoken und die Verbindungsdaten sofort.

2. Über Instagram, sofort

Entferne Jonzi AI in deinen Instagram-Einstellungen unter „Apps und Websites“. Meta meldet uns das automatisch, und wir löschen deinen Zugriffstoken und die Verbindungsdaten sofort.

3. Per E-Mail, vollständig

Schreib an info@marketingjoes.com mit dem Betreff „Instagram-Daten löschen“ und deinem Instagram-Benutzernamen. Wir löschen innerhalb von 72 Stunden alle Instagram-Daten, auch die gespeicherten Statistiken, und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.

Data deletion instructions (English)

If you connected your Instagram account to Jonzi AI (studio.marketingjoes.com, operated by Franziska Koppelmann LLC), we store your Instagram username, account ID, profile picture, follower count and account type, your media and their insights (views, likes, comment count, reach, saves), the content you published through the Studio, and an encrypted access token.

In the Studio, instant: In your dashboard under “Dein Instagram-Zugang”, click “Instagram trennen” (Disconnect Instagram). We delete your access token and connection data immediately.

Via Instagram, instant: Remove Jonzi AI under Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us automatically and we delete your access token and connection data immediately.

By email, complete: Write to info@marketingjoes.com with the subject “Delete Instagram data” and your Instagram username. We delete all Instagram data, including stored insights, within 72 hours and confirm by email.
